Our Return & Refund Policy

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 14 days after the confirmation and we will refund back to the original payment method.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please contact our Customer Service Team at 012 627 5432 and provide your Order number, your name and address, details of the Product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement in which situation is accepted.

Upon receipt of the Products, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement (if any) via email as soon as practicable.
